How much will my merch store cost to set up and run?

Nothing. There is no charge for Altacolor to set up or host your store.

How much do I make per order?

You decide your own mark-up. We don't have a minimum advertised price policy on the majority of products we decorate and ship. So, our wholesale price to you could be $10, for instance, and you're free to set your selling price at whatever level you like.

What's the typical selling price to fans?

Tees are selling between $19 to $24; hoodies, $28 to $40; trucker caps, $20 to $25; performance caps $22 to $30. These are typical generic-type product offerings. Calloway, Carhartt, Nike and other "brand"-identified products cost more, but sell for more because of the branding.

So, how much can I make selling merch?

That depends entirely on you. If you promote your merch (showcase in-show and on IG, for instance) and roll out fresh designs from time-to-time, you could be value-adding substantially to your bottom line revenue.

Do you provide accounting?

Yes - you are able to view sales and accumulated revenue at any time in your store interface. Payouts are once monthly, at the end of the month, distributed automatically to a PayPal account you designate. We issue proper 1099s at the beginning of each calendar year.

Is the customer's info safe?

Payment info security is provided by Stripe or by PayPal, depending on how the customer checks out. Altacolor has no access to that information.
